This seminar will shed light on the various symptoms that accompany this natural transition and explore holistic strategies—both non-prescription and prescription options—to help ease them. Our audience is exclusively for women aged 18 and older, creating a safe space for open dialogue and sharing.

Dr. Nicole Laird, a dedicated expert in the field of women’s health and pelvic floor physical therapy. She is the owner of Hays County Physical Therapy and Wellness, where she has been practicing full-time since January 2020. Driven by a deep passion for supporting women’s health, particularly in the realms of pelvic health and physical wellness, she has built a thriving practice that focuses on helping women regain strength and confidence, especially during pivotal life stages like pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and menopause.
Her journey into pelvic floor physical therapy began after the birth of her first son, when she recognized the need for better care for women, particularly athletes, navigating physical challenges that can arise during and after childbirth. This personal experience fueled her commitment to becoming an advocate for women’s health and wellness. As she worked with more women over the years, Dr. Laird recognized the need for better support during perimenopause and the menopause transition and is dedicated to helping women feel their absolute best at all stags of life.
Dr. Nicole Laird holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from St. Edward’s University (2007) and earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Texas Woman’s University and has been a licensed physical therapist for over a decade bringing nearly 20 years of experience in the health and fitness industry to her practice. Additionally, she is a Clinical Athlete Weightlifting Coach, a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine, and a Level 1 Nutrition Coach through Precision Nutrition.
Her professional affiliations include membership in the Global Pelvic Health Alliance and the American Physical Therapy Association Academy of Pelvic Health, where she actively contributes to the advancement of pelvic health education and treatment.
As a mom of two boys, a wife, and a business owner, Dr. Nicole Laird brings a wealth of personal and professional experience to her work, helping women not only improve their physical health but also navigate the emotional and mental aspects of their well-being. Her commitment to education, empowerment, and holistic health makes her a dynamic voice for women’s wellness.

Dr. Alexandria Taufete’e is dedicated to advancing integrative health, women’s wellness, and whole-person care. She earned her Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine from Sonoran University of Health Sciences (formerly Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine), where she was honored with the Daphne Blayden Award and the Outstanding Leadership Award for exemplifying academic excellence, compassion, perseverance, and service to others.
In addition, Dr. Taufete’e holds a Master of Science in Psychology and a Master of Business Administration from Grand Canyon University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Mexican American Studies from The University of Arizona.
She is the founder of Valor Medicine, a private practice serving first responders, active military, veterans, and their families, with a focus on resilience, holistic recovery, and community-centered care.
A passionate educator, Dr. Taufete’e teaches Pathophysiology at Grand Canyon University and Alternative Medicine at Everglades University, where she integrates clinical knowledge with a focus on patient empowerment and evidence-based CAM practices.
With her unique blend of clinical expertise, academic leadership, and dedication to service, Dr. Taufete’e brings a compassionate, inspiring perspective to the conversation on women’s health, menopause, and the evolving role of naturopathic medicine.

Her personal portfolio consists of stocks (REITS, ETFs, crypto, Bitcoin, Bonds, and other investment vehicles such as wholesale and property flip investments to name a few).
She has a master’s degree in psychology and bachelor’s degree in information technology management from Keiser University. She is a poet, author, speaker and creative artist. She is a wife and mother. Most importantly she is in her own lane on her own journey to show others that wealth is not just about numbers, just the lifestyle that you live.
Qween Red is a proud Army Veteran. She retired in 2024 after 17 years working at the United States Army Operational Test Command located at Fort Cavazos formerly known as Fort Hood, as a Certified Authorization Professional (CAP) Cybersecurity Risk Management Framework Lead and held a TS/SCI clearance. She managed several information systems types unclassified to top secret and lead a top-notch cybersecurity team.
