Orders delivered by ASHEmporium LLC staff or volunteers must be checked by customer & signed for on delivery. Once receiver has signed for the order it can not be returned.
Orders shipped: If a customer mistakenly receives the wrong order. The shipment can be returned for the correct order. Only if what ASHEmporium LLC has on file of what the order is supposed to be, is not what was received. Also, the customer must notify ASHEmporium LLC by phone or email within one hour of receiving and signing for the shipment. After that time, the shipment cannot be returned.
Curbside Pickup Orders: Can not be returned once receiver has signed for the order.
It is the customers responsibility to cover the cost of shipping the exchange order back to ASHEmporium LLC. Exchanges must be scheduled for delivered to ASHEmporium LLC within 7 days of the orders original delivery date to the customer. Exchanges will only be shipped out to the customer once returning orders have been received & accounted for by ASHEmporium LLC.
ASHEmporium LLC will pay the cost of shipping the exchange order to the customer.
