Service Description
Our Herbalist conducts consultations to discuss the benefits & uses of natural remedies and or products you are interested in trying. Our Herbalist may recommend, educate about, and dispense blends of herbs in a variety of herbal preparations. Clients must complete a questionnaire, and all client information is treated with strict confidentiality. Alternative communication accommodations, such as phone or video calls through Zoom, Google Meet, or Skype, are available on a case-by-case basis. Please note that the booking fee is non-refundable. Clients without a plan who schedule a Membership appointment are required to pay the difference between the two appointment types before their booking is confirmed.
Cancellation Policy
Consultation fees are non-refundable. A late cancellation and or a no-show fee of $10.00 is applicable. A 24-hour notice is required when rescheduling. Must reschedule within 7 days of the original booked date. If the consultation is not rescheduled within the time limit, the client will have to pay a new consultation fee in order to book a new appointment. Non-member clients that book Paid-Membership appointments must pay the difference between the two appointment types before an appointment will be booked.
