Comfort Tea - Cold & Flu Defense

Certified Organic Sourced Ingredients: Chamomile, Green Rooibos, Lemongrass, Elderflower, Echinacea Purpurea Root, Licorice Root, Marshmallow Root, Mullein Leaf.

Packaging: Loose-leaf therapeutic tea tins & pouches are packaged by the Tea's net weight.

• Boil water to 203ᵒF.
• Add 1 tsp. to 1 tbsp. (its your preference) of Tea to a tea strainer
• Place tea strainer in an 8oz cup of hot water.
• Let set, no longer than about 5 minutes.

Remember that Loose-leaf teas are very sensitive and have a lot more to give than processed tea bags. Loose-leaf teas have an array of steeping times and if steeped for too long they can become astringent.
