1.     Boil water to 203ᵒF.

2.     Add 1 tsp. to 1 tbsp. (its your preference) of Tea to a tea strainer.

3.     Place tea strainer in an 8oz cup of hot water.

4.     Let set, no longer than about 5 minutes.

Remember that Loose-leaf teas are very sensitive and have a lot more to give than processed tea bags. Loose-leaf teas have an array of steeping times and if steeped for too long they can become astringent.
