Zeal: dried Orange peel, Green Rooibos, Guayusa tea & Lemongrass.

Peaceful Breath: Black seed, Peppermint leaf, Spearmint leaf & Gunpowder Green Tea.

C&F Tactic: Chamomile, Green Rooibos, Lemongrass, Elderflower, Echinacea Purpurea Root.

Packaging: Loose-leaf thereapeutic tea tins & pouches are packaged by the Tea's net weight.
1.     Boil water to a slow (205ᵒF) or full boil (212ᵒF).

2.     Add 1 tsp of Tea to a tea strainer & plce in a 6oz or 8oz tea cup.

3.     Pour hot water over the strainer & cover the top of the cup with a saucer or top.

4.     Let set, no longer than about 5 minutes.

Remember that Loose-leaf teas are very sensitive and have a lot more to give than processed tea bags. Loose-leaf teas have an array of steeping times and if steeped for too long they can become astringent.
